Terms of Service

Effective date: 29 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ZORZIA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 3rd Floor, A Block, JMD Regent Arcade Mall, Phase 1, Sector 28, Gurugram, Haryana – 122002, India (hereinafter referred to as "AstroZorix", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), and every individual or entity accessing or using the AstroZorix website, mobile application, or any services offered through them (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you ("User", "Customer", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy (where applicable), and all other policies published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. About AstroZorix

AstroZorix is an online technology platform that enables users to:

  • Create and manage a secure customer account.

  • Add funds to their AstroZorix Account Balance for use on the Platform.

  • Book astrology consultations with independent astrologers.

  • Purchase astrology-related products, gemstones, spiritual articles, and other eligible products available through the Platform.

  • Access customer support and other related digital services.

AstroZorix provides technological infrastructure that facilitates interactions between users and independent astrologers and enables the purchase of products and services available through the Platform.

AstroZorix is not a medical institution, financial advisor, legal advisory service, psychological counseling service, or religious authority.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws of India;

  • all information provided by you is true, accurate, complete, and current;

  • you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes;

  • you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such person or organization to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended only for users located within India.

Our services are offered solely in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Users who access the Platform from outside India do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to them.

The Company reserves the right to refuse access or discontinue services where required under applicable law or internal compliance requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access personalized services available on the Platform, users are required to create an account.

During registration, you may be required to provide:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Date of Birth (optional)

  • Birth Time (optional)

  • Birth Place (optional)

Registration is completed only after successful verification of your email address through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • promptly update your information whenever changes occur;

  • ensure that your email address remains active and accessible;

  • maintain only one active customer account unless otherwise permitted by AstroZorix.

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account where inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information is provided.

5. User Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to:

  • keep your login credentials confidential;

  • immediately notify AstroZorix of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise of your account;

  • log out from shared or public devices after each session.

AstroZorix shall not be responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

6. AstroZorix Account Balance

The Platform allows users to add funds to their AstroZorix Account Balance ("Account Balance") for purchasing eligible services and products available through the Platform.

The Account Balance is maintained solely for facilitating transactions within AstroZorix.

The Account Balance:

  • may be used only on the AstroZorix Platform;

  • is not a savings account or deposit account;

  • is not a prepaid payment instrument regulated by the Reserve Bank of India;

  • is not a digital wallet issued by a bank or financial institution;

  • does not earn interest;

  • cannot ordinarily be redeemed for cash except where required under applicable law or our Refund & Cancellation Policy;

  • cannot be transferred to another user unless expressly permitted by AstroZorix.

AstroZorix may maintain transaction records relating to Account Balance usage for accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, audit, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

7. Wallet Recharge and Service Credits

Users may recharge their Account Balance using payment methods made available through the Platform.

Funds credited to the Account Balance may be used for:

  • booking consultations;

  • purchasing reports;

  • purchasing gemstones;

  • purchasing spiritual products;

  • purchasing any other eligible products or services available on the Platform.

From time to time, AstroZorix may provide promotional credits, bonuses, cashback, or reward credits.

Such promotional credits:

  • are promotional in nature;

  • have no cash value;

  • may carry expiry periods;

  • may be subject to separate promotional conditions;

  • cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

AstroZorix reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue promotional credits at any time.

8. Consultation Booking

Users may browse astrologer profiles, consultation categories, available packages, pricing, and available time slots.

Consultations may be offered through:

  • Chat

  • Audio Call

  • Video Call

  • Live Sessions

  • Written Reports

  • Other digital consultation methods introduced by AstroZorix.

Booking of a consultation shall be deemed confirmed only after:

  • successful payment;

  • sufficient available Account Balance;

  • successful booking confirmation generated by the Platform.

AstroZorix reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel appointments due to technical issues, operational requirements, force majeure events, or astrologer unavailability.

Where reasonably possible, affected users shall be notified.

9. Independent Astrologers

Astrologers available on AstroZorix are independent professionals who provide consultations in their individual capacity.

AstroZorix:

  • does not supervise individual consultations;

  • does not control professional opinions expressed by astrologers;

  • does not guarantee the correctness or accuracy of predictions;

  • does not endorse any particular astrologer;

  • does not guarantee that recommendations made during consultations will achieve any specific outcome.

Each astrologer remains solely responsible for the consultation provided by them.

10. Shop Purchases

The Platform may offer products including but not limited to:

  • Gemstones

  • Rudraksha

  • Yantras

  • Spiritual accessories

  • Religious articles

  • Astrology-related products

  • Other eligible merchandise

Certain products may be recommended by astrologers during consultations.

Such recommendations are advisory only.

Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether to purchase any product.

No recommendation shall be construed as a guarantee of health, wealth, relationships, career advancement, legal success, business success, or any other specific outcome.

11. Payments

Payments made on AstroZorix may include:

  • Account Balance recharges;

  • consultation fees;

  • product purchases;

  • shipping charges;

  • taxes;

  • convenience charges, where applicable.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers authorized to operate in India.

AstroZorix does not store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or internet banking credentials.

Users represent and warrant that:

  • they are authorized to use the selected payment method;

  • payment information provided is accurate;

  • sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.

Transactions may be declined, reversed, or held for verification by payment gateways, issuing banks, acquiring banks, or regulatory authorities.

AstroZorix shall not be liable for delays, failures, reversals, or declines resulting from decisions made by payment gateway providers, banks, card networks, UPI service providers, or other financial institutions.

12. Taxes

All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be charged in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

Users shall remain responsible for payment of all applicable taxes associated with purchases made through the Platform where legally required.

13. Permitted Use

Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal purposes.

You agree that you shall not:

  • create fake accounts;

  • impersonate another individual;

  • provide false information;

  • attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform;

  • interfere with Platform security;

  • upload malware or malicious code;

  • scrape or extract Platform data;

  • use automated bots without written authorization;

  • misuse consultation services;

  • misuse promotional offers;

  • engage in fraudulent transactions;

  • violate applicable Indian laws while using the Platform.

AstroZorix reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent termination of user accounts.

14. Suspension or Termination

AstroZorix may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account immediately, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

  • these Terms have been violated;

  • fraudulent activity has occurred;

  • payment abuse has been detected;

  • chargeback abuse is suspected;

  • the Platform is being misused;

  • false identity information has been submitted;

  • unlawful activity has occurred;

  • continued access may expose AstroZorix, its users, or its partners to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Termination of an account shall not affect rights or obligations accrued before such termination.

15. Consultation Sessions

AstroZorix facilitates astrology consultations between Users and independent astrologers through the Platform.

Consultations may be provided through:

  • Chat

  • Audio Call

  • Video Call

  • Written Reports

  • Live Sessions

  • Any other communication mode introduced by the Platform.

Consultation duration shall be determined by the package selected by the User or by the available Account Balance.

The consultation shall automatically conclude upon:

  • expiry of the purchased consultation duration;

  • exhaustion of the available Account Balance;

  • voluntary termination by the User; or

  • termination due to technical or operational reasons.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection, compatible device, and adequate environment for participating in consultations.

AstroZorix shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by the User's internet service provider, mobile network, device malfunction, power outage, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

16. Consultation Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

Where consultations are scheduled for a specific date or time, Users are expected to join the session promptly.

If a User fails to join a scheduled consultation within the waiting period determined by AstroZorix, the consultation may be treated as completed or cancelled in accordance with the applicable booking policy.

If an astrologer becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, AstroZorix may:

  • reschedule the consultation;

  • assign another qualified astrologer (subject to User acceptance where reasonably possible); or

  • provide an appropriate refund or credit in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

17. Product Orders

Users may purchase products available through the AstroZorix Shop.

Product listings, descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications are provided for informational purposes.

While AstroZorix makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, minor differences in color, appearance, packaging, weight, or natural characteristics of products such as gemstones or Rudraksha may occur.

AstroZorix reserves the right to:

  • modify product listings;

  • discontinue products;

  • update pricing;

  • reject orders;

  • limit purchase quantities;

  • cancel orders affected by pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.

Users shall receive appropriate notification where reasonably practicable.

18. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products shall be delivered only within locations serviced by AstroZorix and its logistics partners within India.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary depending upon:

  • location;

  • courier operations;

  • weather conditions;

  • public holidays;

  • government restrictions;

  • force majeure events.

Ownership and risk in physical products shall pass to the User upon delivery.

Detailed shipping terms shall be governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy published on the Platform.

19. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Platform.

Without limiting that policy:

  • consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a consultation has commenced;

  • completed consultations shall not be eligible for refund merely because the User is dissatisfied with the prediction, advice, or outcome;

  • Account Balance recharges may only be refunded where required by applicable law or where expressly permitted under the Refund Policy;

  • duplicate payments verified by AstroZorix may be refunded after successful verification;

  • cancelled product orders shall be refunded in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy;

  • shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed using the original payment method wherever technically feasible.

Processing timelines may vary depending upon banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

20. Astrology Disclaimer

Astrology is a subject involving interpretation and personal belief.

Consultations, predictions, reports, numerology, vastu guidance, gemstone recommendations, tarot readings, spiritual advice, and all other services offered through AstroZorix are intended solely for personal guidance, self-reflection, and informational purposes.

AstroZorix makes no representation or warranty regarding:

  • future events;

  • financial success;

  • employment;

  • education;

  • marriage;

  • relationships;

  • childbirth;

  • health;

  • business growth;

  • legal disputes;

  • investments;

  • property;

  • examinations;

  • immigration;

  • or any other outcome.

Results may vary significantly between individuals.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions taken based upon consultations received through the Platform.

21. Medical, Financial and Legal Disclaimer

Services available through AstroZorix are not intended to replace professional advice.

Neither AstroZorix nor any astrologer provides:

  • medical diagnosis;

  • psychiatric treatment;

  • psychological counseling;

  • legal advice;

  • taxation advice;

  • investment advice;

  • insurance advice;

  • financial planning;

  • emergency assistance.

Users should always consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions involving their health, finances, legal matters, investments, or other significant personal matters.

If you believe that you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, immediately contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

22. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate information;

  • behave respectfully toward astrologers and customer support representatives;

  • refrain from abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct;

  • comply with applicable laws;

  • maintain confidentiality of login credentials;

  • use only authorized payment methods;

  • avoid misuse of promotional offers;

  • cooperate during fraud investigations where required.

Users remain solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

23. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  • create multiple fraudulent accounts;

  • impersonate another individual;

  • submit false complaints;

  • abuse the refund process;

  • intentionally initiate fraudulent chargebacks;

  • interfere with Platform operations;

  • attempt unauthorized access;

  • reverse engineer the Platform;

  • introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, or malicious software;

  • upload unlawful content;

  • infringe intellectual property rights;

  • harass astrologers or other users;

  • use automated tools without authorization;

  • engage in money laundering or fraudulent financial activity;

  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.

24. Restricted Content

Users shall not upload, publish, transmit, or distribute any material containing:

  • child sexual abuse material;

  • sexually explicit unlawful content;

  • threats of violence;

  • terrorism-related content;

  • hate speech;

  • defamatory material;

  • obscene material prohibited by law;

  • fraudulent content;

  • phishing content;

  • malware;

  • copyrighted material without authorization;

  • content violating applicable Indian laws.

AstroZorix reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice.

25. Community Standards

Users shall interact respectfully with astrologers, customer support staff, and other users.

Harassment, intimidation, abusive language, discrimination based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic shall not be tolerated.

AstroZorix reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive conduct.

26. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including but not limited to:

  • software;

  • source code;

  • website design;

  • user interface;

  • trademarks;

  • trade names;

  • logos;

  • graphics;

  • text;

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • databases;

  • reports;

  • downloadable materials;

  • compilations;

  • documentation;

are owned by or licensed to AstroZorix and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained in these Terms grants Users any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

Users shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, license, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written permission from AstroZorix.

27. User Generated Content

Where Users submit reviews, ratings, comments, feedback, testimonials, suggestions, or other content through the Platform, they grant AstroZorix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, adapt, distribute, and promote such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

Users represent that they possess all necessary rights to submit such content.

AstroZorix reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

28. Promotional Offers

AstroZorix may introduce promotional campaigns, referral benefits, cashback offers, coupons, reward credits, or limited-time discounts.

Such offers:

  • may be withdrawn at any time;

  • may carry eligibility conditions;

  • may have validity periods;

  • may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

AstroZorix reserves the right to cancel promotional benefits obtained through fraud, abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of these Terms.

29. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:

  • payment gateways;

  • logistics providers;

  • cloud hosting providers;

  • communication providers;

  • analytics providers;

  • authentication providers.

AstroZorix does not control the services, policies, or operations of such third parties.

Use of third-party services may additionally be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

30. Communications

By creating an account and using the Platform, Users consent to receive communications from AstroZorix relating to:

  • account verification;

  • email OTP authentication;

  • booking confirmations;

  • payment confirmations;

  • invoices;

  • consultation reminders;

  • order status;

  • shipping updates;

  • security notifications;

  • customer support communications;

  • important legal or policy updates.

Where permitted under applicable law, Users may also receive promotional communications and may opt out of such promotional communications at any time through the options made available by AstroZorix.

31. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, including all consultations, reports, products, features, content, software, and services, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

AstroZorix does not warrant or represent that:

  • the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;

  • consultations or reports will satisfy every User's expectations;

  • predictions, opinions, or recommendations made by astrologers will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every User;

  • defects or errors will always be corrected immediately;

  • the Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, although reasonable security measures are maintained.

Except where expressly required under applicable law, AstroZorix disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.

32. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, AstroZorix, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, partners, consultants, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

  • indirect damages;

  • incidental damages;

  • consequential damages;

  • punitive damages;

  • special damages;

  • exemplary damages;

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of goodwill;

  • business interruption;

  • loss of data;

  • loss of opportunity;

  • emotional distress; or

  • any other indirect loss,

arising out of or relating to:

  • use or inability to use the Platform;

  • consultations received through the Platform;

  • purchases made through the Platform;

  • delays or interruptions in service;

  • acts or omissions of independent astrologers;

  • unauthorized access to User accounts;

  • third-party payment gateway failures;

  • banking network failures;

  • courier delays;

  • internet disruptions;

  • force majeure events; or

  • reliance placed upon astrology consultations or recommendations.

In any event, AstroZorix's total aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the User to AstroZorix for the specific transaction giving rise to such claim.

Nothing contained in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

33. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AstroZorix, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, consultants, agents, and partners from and against any claims, demands, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, penalties, or legal fees arising out of or relating to:

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • misuse of the Platform;

  • violation of applicable laws;

  • infringement of intellectual property rights;

  • fraudulent activity;

  • chargeback abuse;

  • misuse of promotional offers;

  • inaccurate information provided by you;

  • disputes between you and any astrologer;

  • disputes arising from your purchase or use of products or services.

This obligation shall survive termination of your account.

34. Force Majeure

AstroZorix shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption, suspension, or failure in performing its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • acts of God;

  • floods;

  • earthquakes;

  • fires;

  • pandemics;

  • epidemics;

  • governmental actions;

  • court orders;

  • war;

  • terrorism;

  • civil unrest;

  • labour disputes;

  • strikes;

  • power failures;

  • internet outages;

  • cyberattacks;

  • telecommunication failures;

  • payment network disruptions;

  • banking failures; or

  • failures of third-party service providers.

During such events, AstroZorix may suspend or modify services without liability.

35. Suspension and Termination

AstroZorix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that:

  • these Terms have been violated;

  • fraudulent activity is suspected;

  • illegal activity has occurred;

  • payment abuse or chargeback fraud has occurred;

  • false information has been provided;

  • abusive conduct has been reported;

  • Platform security has been compromised; or

  • continued access may expose AstroZorix, its users, or its business partners to legal, regulatory, operational, or financial risk.

Where reasonably practicable, AstroZorix may notify the User of such action.

Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

36. Account Closure by User

Users may request deletion of their AstroZorix account through the Platform or by contacting customer support.

Account deletion shall not automatically result in deletion of records that AstroZorix is legally required to retain under applicable laws relating to taxation, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, or legal proceedings.

Unused promotional credits, bonuses, referral rewards, or benefits may automatically lapse upon account closure unless otherwise provided under applicable law.

37. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications electronically, including through:

  • email;

  • in-app notifications;

  • push notifications;

  • customer support communications; and

  • other electronic means made available by the Platform.

Electronic communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that communications be made in writing.

38. Changes to the Platform

AstroZorix continually improves its services and reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

  • introduce new services;

  • discontinue existing services;

  • modify Platform features;

  • update pricing;

  • change consultation packages;

  • revise eligibility requirements;

  • modify user interfaces; or

  • improve security mechanisms.

Such modifications shall not affect completed transactions except where required under applicable law.

39. Changes to these Terms

AstroZorix reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

41. Waiver

Failure by AstroZorix to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right available under these Terms or applicable law.

42. Assignment

Users may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of AstroZorix.

AstroZorix may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or purchaser of its business in accordance with applicable law.

43. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the complete agreement between the User and AstroZorix concerning use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, communications, or agreements relating to the subject matter.

44. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All matters relating to these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

  • the Information Technology Act, 2000;

  • the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;

  • the Consumer Protection Act, 2019;

  • the Indian Contract Act, 1872;

  • the Companies Act, 2013; and

  • other applicable laws and regulations in force from time to time.

45. Dispute Resolution

AstroZorix encourages Users to first contact customer support for resolution of any concern or complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute through mutual discussions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

46. Grievance Officer

In accordance with applicable Indian laws, Users may contact the designated Grievance Officer regarding complaints relating to the Platform, these Terms, or the handling of personal information.

48. Final Acknowledgement

By creating an account, recharging your AstroZorix Account Balance, booking consultations, purchasing products, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by AstroZorix.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
