Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 12 August 2026

This Cancellation Policy applies to consultation bookings and product orders placed through AstroZorix, operated by ZORZIA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Consultation Cancellation

  1. Customers may cancel a booked consultation by contacting AstroZorix at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

  2. For cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, the consultation amount will be credited to the customer's AstroZorix wallet.

  3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are not eligible for refund or wallet credit.

  4. Once a consultation has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Technical Issues

  1. If a consultation cannot be completed due to a verified technical issue attributable to AstroZorix or the assigned astrologer, the customer may contact support.

  2. After verification, AstroZorix will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include wallet credit or rescheduling of the consultation.

3. Product Order Cancellation

  1. Customers may cancel a product order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  2. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  3. For an approved cancellation before dispatch, the eligible amount will be credited to the customer's AstroZorix wallet.

4. Duplicate Orders

  1. If a customer places duplicate orders by mistake, AstroZorix will verify the order status.

  2. An unprocessed duplicate order may be cancelled after verification, and the eligible amount will be credited to the customer's AstroZorix wallet.

5. Wallet Recharge Cancellation

  1. Successful wallet recharges cannot be cancelled or refunded after the wallet credits have been added to the customer's account.

  2. If the amount is debited but the wallet credits are not received due to a verified technical or payment gateway error, the customer may contact support for resolution.
