AstroZorix is a technology platform operated by ZORZIA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED that enables users to:

  • Create a secure customer account.

  • Add funds to their AstroZorix Account Balance for use on the Platform.

  • Book astrology consultations with independent astrologers.

  • Purchase astrology-related products and spiritual items from the Platform.

  • Access customer support and related services.

AstroZorix acts as a technology platform facilitating these services and does not guarantee the outcome, effectiveness, or accuracy of any consultation, recommendation, or prediction provided by astrologers.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our Platform, we may collect the following categories of information.

A. Personal Information

During registration or while using our services, we may collect:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Date of Birth (optional)

  • Birth Time (optional)

  • Birth Place (optional)

  • Profile photograph (if uploaded)

  • Billing information

  • Shipping address (for physical products)

Email verification is completed through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.

B. Consultation Information

To enable astrology consultations, we may collect:

AstroZorix does not store your complete:

  • Debit Card Number

  • UPI PIN

  • Internet Banking credentials

Payment gateway providers process payment information according to their own privacy and security policies.

4. AstroZorix Account Balance

AstroZorix allows customers to add funds to their Account Balance for purchasing eligible services and products available on the Platform.

The AstroZorix Account Balance:

  • can only be used within the AstroZorix Platform;

  • is not a bank account;

  • is not a prepaid payment instrument regulated by the Reserve Bank of India;

  • is not a digital wallet issued by a bank or financial institution;

  • cannot be transferred to another user unless expressly permitted by the Platform;

  • cannot be exchanged for cash except where required under applicable law or our Refund Policy.

AstroZorix maintains transaction records relating to your Account Balance for accounting, security, fraud prevention, and regulatory purposes.

5. How We Use Your Information

Your information may be used for:

  • User authentication.

  • Consultation booking.

  • Payment verification.

  • Product order processing.

  • Customer support.

  • Fraud detection.

  • Platform improvement.

  • Security monitoring.

Astrology consultations, spiritual guidance, numerology, vastu advice, gemstone recommendations, and similar services available through the Platform are intended solely for informational, spiritual, and personal guidance purposes.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary.

AstroZorix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, effectiveness, or outcome of any consultation, prediction, recommendation, or advice provided by any astrologer.

Any decision made based on such consultations remains solely the responsibility of the user.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.

Any updated version will be published on the Platform with the revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Privacy Policy.
